Internship Overview
We’re seeking a Legal Analyst Intern for a 3-month on-site internship at our Delhi office, with the potential for extension based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria

Final-year student in a 5-year integrated law course or 3-year LLB program

Strong interest in finance law, digital asset regulation, and compliance
-
Skilled in legal research, drafting, and communication

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
-
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Capable of reviewing, drafting, and assisting in contract negotiations across various domains
Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship with a Tier 1/Tier 2 law firm or in-house legal team (optional but a plus)

Demonstrated interest in investment law, financial regulations, or crypto/digital assets

Familiarity with compliance processes and current legal developments

Experience with AI tools for legal research and analysis
Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research related to compliance, digital assets, and financial regulation

Draft, review, and help negotiate contracts, including vendor, service, and investment agreements

Support transactions such as fund formation, corporate restructuring, and business expansion

Assist in due diligence, regulatory documentation, and governance tasks
-
Oversee monthly compliance reporting across multiple jurisdictions
-
Support investor onboarding by managing documentation and compliance workflows
-
Maintain and update legal databases, trackers, and SOPs for internal teams
-
Collaborate with external service providers for onboarding, compliance, and reporting needs
-
Contribute to strategic, legal, and operational goals across the firm

Work closely with the Founder’s Office on high-priority initiatives
