Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI regulations, and consumer protection laws.

Draft various legal documents including settlement agreements, notices, and client communications.

Interact with clients and financial institutions to assist in negotiation and dispute resolution.

Prepare case summaries and maintain legal records.

Stay informed on legal updates related to debt recovery and financial regulations.

Participate in client meetings to understand legal needs and offer support.

Support business development by helping onboard new clients.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Currently in the final year of a BBA LL.B. or LL.B. programme.

Solid understanding of contract law, banking and financial regulations, and legal dispute resolution.

Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
-
Comfortable working independently under deadlines.
-
Proficient in MS Office and legal research platforms.
-
Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Interest or experience in business development is a plus.
