🔑 Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research using platforms like Westlaw and Lexis.
Draft essential legal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Access Agreement templates.
Manage documentation by filing, redacting, and extracting content to ensure confidentiality and legal compliance.
Develop and maintain standard legal templates for internal use.
Offer first-level support to the legal team on operational matters.
Stay updated with legal developments by engaging in learning opportunities and reading relevant publications.
Communicate efficiently across teams and departments.
Contribute to organizational success by taking ownership of new tasks and identifying opportunities to add value.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar legal support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
