About the Job

Indialaw LLP, Navi Mumbai office, is looking for lawyers with 1–3 years PQE in litigation & arbitration, with strong drafting skills.

Eligibility

LLB, from a recognised university.
1-3 years of experience in litigation/arbitration drafting (PQE).
Solid understanding of Civil Procedure Code, Arbitration Act, and commercial laws.
Excellent legal research and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Draft replies, rejoinders, affidavits, written submissions, applications, and petitions.
Conduct legal research and analyse precedents relevant to assigned matters.
Review case files, documents, and records for accurate drafting.
Coordinate with senior lawyers and clients to finalise documents.
Prepare briefs, notes, and compilations for hearings.
Ensure timely completion of drafting tasks and maintain case documentation.
