This position demands an individual who is detail-oriented, well-versed in corporate law, and able to manage multiple legal matters efficiently. The selected candidate will be expected to not only ensure compliance with laws but also proactively support the business with risk management strategies, contract drafting, and regulatory guidance.

Legal Compliance & Advisory

The position involves providing sound legal advisory services to align company operations with applicable laws, rulings, and regulations. The candidate will be expected to interpret complex legal texts and translate them into actionable business guidance. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foresee potential legal implications in agreements are essential qualities for success in this function.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

This includes conducting periodic compliance audits, identifying risk areas, and recommending remedial measures. The candidate will manage licensing processes, statutory filings, and registrations, while staying updated on evolving laws that could impact business operations. Close coordination with internal teams to integrate compliance measures into everyday operations will be a key success factor in this role.
