Job Location & Experience
The role is based at Attero’s corporate office in Noida. Ideal candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of professional experience in legal, regulatory, and corporate governance functions. This position demands an individual who is detail-oriented, well-versed in corporate law, and able to manage multiple legal matters efficiently. The selected candidate will be expected to not only ensure compliance with laws but also proactively support the business with risk management strategies, contract drafting, and regulatory guidance.
Legal Compliance & Advisory
The position involves providing sound legal advisory services to align company operations with applicable laws, rulings, and regulations. The candidate will be expected to interpret complex legal texts and translate them into actionable business guidance. A proactive approach to mitigating risks, coupled with ensuring the organization’s activities remain compliant with legal requirements, is key. The role demands a strong understanding of the company’s commercial objectives so that legal advice can be tailored to support growth while safeguarding against potential liabilities.
Contract Management
The role requires expertise in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing a range of agreements including commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and MoUs. Candidates must ensure all contracts are legally sound, minimize risk exposure, and comply with applicable regulations. Maintaining a centralized repository of legal agreements, tracking their renewal dates, and standardizing contract templates will be critical to streamlining operations.
