Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Lawyer based in Lucknow, responsible for delivering expert legal support across various functions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal advice, draft and vet legal documents, and represent the organization in legal forums. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless legal integration in ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities

Provide sound legal counsel and strategic support on organizational matters

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence

Represent the company in legal proceedings when required

Conduct thorough legal research to support business decisions

Candidate Requirements

Strong experience in legal drafting, research, and documentation

In-depth knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and legal procedures

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Prior experience in representing clients or organizations in legal matters

A degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
