About the Role
Aula Regis Consultancy Services (ARCS), a distinguished multidisciplinary legal advisory firm celebrated for its institutional trust, sectoral knowledge, and litigation prowess, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate at its Ranchi office. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and committed legal team working across diverse sectors such as urban infrastructure, education, sports, and municipal governance.
Key Responsibilities

Perform in-depth legal research, case law reviews, and statutory analysis.

Draft a wide range of legal documents including petitions, writs, contracts, MoUs, legal opinions, and reports.

Represent clients in the High Court, tribunals, and various legal forums under senior supervision.

Contribute to arbitration and mediation processes.

Review and analyze public contracts, and provide legal advisory services to government departments, educational institutions, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and sports organizations.

Maintain well-organized case files, briefing notes, client updates, and project documentation.
Candidate Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) is mandatory; LL.M is an added advantage.

1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation, corporate, or public law. Exceptional freshers with significant internship experience may also be considered.

Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and communication.

Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, team-based environment.

Familiarity with contract law, infrastructure law, or service-related matters is preferred.
