Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate, your primary responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing key legal documents such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and employment agreements. You’ll help ensure that all legal paperwork conforms to company standards and captures essential commercial terms. Coordination with HR, finance, and business teams will be a routine part of your role, as will maintaining contract databases and trackers. From time to time, you may also assist in conducting legal research and managing tasks related to compliance and regulatory affairs.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in contract drafting and legal documentation. A solid grasp of Indian contract law and corporate legal procedures is essential. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure are key traits we look for. Experience working with different departments and an eagerness to thrive in a startup environment will give you an added edge in this role.
