Position Overview
The firm is looking for a Legal Associate to support their legal and corporate operations. This is a remote, flexible role (offered as a freelancer/full-time hybrid) that offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of law and cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology, helping to shape the future of AI through expert legal reasoning and guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities

Type: Internship/Freelancer (Full-time potential).

Legal Support: Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of legal documents and corporate matters.

Documentation: Drafting contracts, agreements, and official correspondence to safeguard company interests.

Corporate Governance: Assisting with compliance, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters, including IP and data protection.

AI Quality: Reviewing and validating legal content to improve AI-generated outputs and model reasoning.
Eligibility

Education: Law students or graduates (LLB or equivalent).

Experience: Candidates with 1+ years of experience as a legal associate or intern are preferred.

Skills: Strong research skills, a basic understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly.
