You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and analyzing a wide range of real estate legal documents to ensure that they align with applicable laws and company policies. Working within a dynamic co-working real estate environment, you will collaborate closely with management and other departments to safeguard the organization’s legal interests.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and analyze property-related legal agreements, contracts, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on contract interpretation and dispute avoidance.

Conduct legal research to support business operations and maintain updated knowledge of legislative changes.

Review existing documentation for potential legal risks and propose corrective measures.

Collaborate with external counsels, property agents, and other stakeholders for smooth legal operations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
