Role Description

We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves handling all legal aspects of our real estate projects. The position requires drafting and reviewing contracts and title reports, conducting due diligence, ensuring legal compliance, and advising project and management teams on real estate laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review title reports and other legal documentation.
Draft, vet, and manage contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions.
Conduct legal research on property laws, local statutes, and regulatory matters.
Ensure regulatory compliance across all ongoing and future projects.
Advise internal teams and interact with clients, landowners, and authorities confidently.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
3–5 years of experience in real estate law is preferred
Proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and title due diligence
Sound knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance frameworks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both Kannada and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
