Legal Associate – RERA & Land Laws

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented legal professional who is eager to learn and support a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of responsibilities related to RERA and land law matters.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling RERA-related litigations
Support real estate developer clients with RERA compliance activities, including project registration and related processes on the RERA portal

Provide assistance with services connected to significant land laws and related legal matters

Eligibility Criteria

Law graduates with 3–4 years of professional experience
Preference will be given to candidates who have studied Land Laws as part of their curriculum
Solid understanding of general legal principles and land law
Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa

Required Skills

Strong drafting and legal writing abilities
Sound knowledge of legal procedures and the functioning of courts and tribunals
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research platforms like SCC Online and Manupatra
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized and capable of meeting deadlines while working under supervision
