Primary Responsibilities

They will also be responsible for analyzing title search reports, providing comprehensive legal opinions, and ensuring that all documentation aligns with legal and business standards. The candidate must mitigate risks while offering practical solutions to legal issues encountered during routine operations.


Legal Documentation & Advisory

A critical aspect of the job involves independently drafting, reviewing, and finalizing complex banking legal documents such as loan agreements, security deeds, assignments, and other finance-related instruments. The professional will also collaborate with business teams to review and negotiate documentation and advise on the legal structure of new financial products. Maintaining compliance and reducing legal exposure are key objectives.


Educational Background

Applicants must hold a full-time graduate degree in Law from a recognized university. A post-graduate qualification (LL.M) in law will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate should bring relevant experience from the finance or banking industry, backed by a track record of adding value through legal risk mitigation and documentation excellence.
