Role Overview
The Legal & Commercial Manager will be responsible for drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and supporting both legal and commercial functions by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Legal & Contractual Support

Draft, review, and standardize agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, service agreements, and MOUs.

Assist in negotiations with internal and external parties.

Track and manage contract renewals, expirations, and obligations.
Documentation & Research

Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents.

Prepare legal summaries, briefs, and compliance reports.

Draft internal legal memos and SOPs.
Compliance & Regulatory Support

Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and legal processes.

Support compliance activities related to data privacy, IP, and corporate governance.
Administrative Coordination

Manage legal records and maintain a centralized contract repository.
