Arthaat Legal® is looking for a Legal Compliance Associate for a hybrid position based in Delhi, perfect for fresh law graduates in 2025. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on diverse compliance matters within a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting legal compliance audits and reviews across India.
2. Assisting in the implementation and testing of legal compliance tools.
3. Supporting litigation management and contract reviews.
4. Providing legal opinions and acting as a liaison for clients.
5. Participating in internal audits and due diligence processes.
6. Handling Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters.
7. Ensuring compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) regulations.
   

Qualifications:

• Recent law graduate (LLB) or final year law student.
• Strong interest in legal compliance and corporate law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
