Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines issued by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, AMFI, and RERA.

Stay updated with evolving legal frameworks impacting DSAs, insurance agencies, MF distributors, and real estate brokers.

Develop strategies for legal risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
-
Coordinate with regulatory authorities when required.
Contract Management & Documentation

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as loan, insurance, mutual fund, and real estate agreements.

Ensure contracts are legally compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Maintain documentation and records for all business transactions.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
-
Handle legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration efficiently.

Represent the organization in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel.

Manage customer complaints and regulatory inquiries in collaboration with compliance teams.
Corporate Governance & Legal Advisory

Provide legal insights on corporate policies, governance practices, and risk assessments.

Support board and shareholder meetings with necessary legal documentation and opinions.

Promote governance standards across the organization.
Team Leadership & Internal Training

Lead the legal team and coordinate cross-functional compliance activities.

Organize legal and compliance training sessions for internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills Required

LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
-
8–10 years of experience in legal roles within financial services, NBFCs, insurance, mutual funds, or real estate.

Strong understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, AMFI, RERA).
-
Expertise in contract law, litigation, corporate compliance, and governance.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
