Role Overview
The Legal Consultant will provide expert legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and support clients in dispute resolution and negotiations. The role also involves client acquisition and business development to expand the company’s reach.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Reviewing Documents: Prepare and review contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.

Legal Advisory: Offer accurate and practical legal solutions to clients.

Client Acquisition: Identify, acquire, and retain new clients through business development activities.

Dispute Management: Develop strategies to prevent and resolve disputes effectively.

Negotiations & Counselling: Represent clients during negotiations and provide legal counselling.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze legal data to identify insights and trends.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
-
Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, CS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration

Salary: ₹20,000 CTC per month + Variable Pay
Working Hours
