Eligibility Criteria

A law degree (LLB) is mandatory

In-depth understanding of the Indian Contract Act

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Key Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs
-
Oversee contract lifecycle management and renewals
-
Conduct negotiations with clients/vendors and maintain stakeholder communications
-
Organise and maintain contract and SOW repositories
-
Prepare contract summaries through abstraction
-
Use MS Word and Excel extensively for legal tasks
