Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage and support our corporate legal functions with a primary focus on contract lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation across global jurisdictions. This role requires a solid background in corporate law, contract negotiations, and international regulatory practices.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, partners, and vendors.

Maintain and update the company’s legal document repository and oversee the full commercial contracting process.

Ensure adherence to contractual, legal, and privacy regulations across SEA, MEA, US, and other international markets where the company operates.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to facilitate and finalize contracts effectively.

Conduct legal research and assess risks related to business operations and decisions.

Liaise with external law firms and legal representatives for litigation matters in respective regions.

Lead communications and negotiations with external parties regarding legal clauses in contracts.
Candidate Profile

5–7 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in the US, Middle East, or Southeast Asia.

Strong command of contract drafting and legal review processes.

Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn and explore.

Solid understanding of corporate legal frameworks and practices.

Proven ability to devise both defensive and proactive legal strategies.

Experience managing litigation processes.
