This internship is well-suited for law students or recent graduates with prior experience in drafting legal documents. Key Responsibilities

Vet and review simple vendor and consultancy agreements

Draft NDAs, legal notices, and standard legal documents

Format and manage contract execution via e-signature tools
Eligibility Criteria

Law student or recent LLB graduate

Prior experience in legal drafting

Excellent command over written English and strong attention to detail

Preference for candidates located in Mumbai (not mandatory)
