Position Overview
A vacancy has been announced for a Legal Drafting Specialist to support a busy practice covering Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, and Arbitration matters. This role is highly technical and focuses on the “paperwork” side of litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Task: Drafting Suits, Written Statements, Appeals, Bail Applications, and Section 34 (Arbitration) Petitions.

Legal Notices: Preparing and responding to complex legal notices and caveats.

Briefing: Simplifying case files for senior arguing counsels.
Eligibility

Experience: Preference for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in litigation drafting (Freshers with exceptional drafting skills may apply).

Skills: Mastery of court formats, precise language, and high-speed typing.
