JPMorganChase is hiring a  Legal Entity Controller – Associate.

Eligibility

• Good stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills  analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working experience of new age digital tool like Alteryx, Tableau
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative team player with a proactive approach
• Possess strong process and control mindset and keen attention to detail
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, conscientious, able to work under pressure and drive changes

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for preparation, review, and submission of regulatory returns and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Be responsible for preparation, review, and submission of monthly USGAAP and IFRS Financials
• Coordination for Statutory Audit with internal stakeholders and auditors
• Managing regulatory automation agenda
• Review new product launch from regulatory, accounting, reporting and control view point
• Ensure timely submission of all regulatory returns
• Maintain accuracy in all reporting processes, identify discrepancies, and ensure all reports meet regulatory standards.
• Address any regulatory reporting issue promptly and accurately
• Maintaining Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and User tools
