We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Legal Executive to join our Ahmedabad Head Office on Sindhu Bhavan Road. The position plays a pivotal role in overseeing legal and compliance matters for the organization. Your work will span across contract drafting, review, and management, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance records, and coordinating with external legal advisors for specialized support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Indian corporate and contract law, demonstrate a proactive approach toward risk identification and mitigation, and have the capability to manage multiple priorities without compromising on accuracy or confidentiality.


Role Overview

As a Legal Executive, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that safeguard the company’s legal standing and ensure smooth operational compliance. This includes preparing and reviewing agreements, maintaining statutory records, and supporting litigation processes when necessary. You will work closely with senior management, internal teams, and external legal experts to resolve legal queries efficiently. Your expertise in corporate law, intellectual property rights, and governance practices will enable the organization to make informed decisions while staying compliant with applicable laws. This role demands a balance of legal precision, business understanding, and effective communication skills to manage risks effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and MoUs to protect the organization’s interests. You will ensure timely compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and statutory filings, preventing any regulatory lapses. Coordination with external legal advisors will be essential for litigation support or specialized legal opinions. Additionally, you will manage corporate governance tasks such as maintaining board resolutions, ROC filings, and other secretarial records. Proactively identifying potential risks and working to minimize them across business functions will be a key part of your role, ensuring smooth legal and operational processes.


Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification being an added advantage. A minimum of two years’ experience in a corporate legal role, either in-house or with a law firm, is essential. Applicants must have a strong understanding of Indian business laws, including contract law, intellectual property laws, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks. Strong drafting abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are vital. Familiarity with legal documentation tools, compliance tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite will further enhance your suitability for this position.
