Legal Intern – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Project

We are inviting applications from law students for a hands-on opportunity to work on a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) project. This role involves working with legal data and documentation in collaboration with digital contract platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for law students to support our team with legal contract processing and data validation tasks. This project-based internship offers valuable exposure to contract management systems and documentation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Review: Verify existing contracts stored on SharePoint against a master manifest file (Excel) containing around 30 data points such as business names, dates, company details, and signatures
Data Entry: Populate the manifest file with accurate and complete contract details
Data Validation: Ensure all information is correctly uploaded into DocuSign CLM and cross-checked with the original manifest
