Basic Qualifications

Strong legal research and writing skills.

Interest in technology law, corporate governance, and emerging compliance frameworks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (Google Suite, Notion, etc.).

High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Experience

Prior internships with corporate law firms or in-house legal teams.

Exposure to technology contracts, data privacy, or IP-related issues.

Familiarity with startup, SaaS, or AI company environments.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Research & Policy Awareness
-
Conduct research on AI governance, data protection (GDPR, CCPA), intellectual property, and tech compliance.

Track regulatory changes affecting SaaS, fintech, and AI sectors.

Present complex legal concepts as actionable insights for internal teams.
Contract Lifecycle Management

Assist in reviewing and managing NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and partnership contracts.

Maintain organized records of all contracts with proper version control.

Support business teams in efficient and compliant deal execution.
Compliance & Regulatory Readiness
-
Support compliance audits, risk assessments, and data privacy initiatives.

Help prepare filings and documentation for corporate governance and licensing.

Ensure alignment with laws like DPDPA, GDPR, and other international regulations.
Special Projects & Legal Operations

Contribute to strategic legal initiatives impacting product, people, and partnerships.

Maintain internal legal documentation and knowledge bases.

Take ownership of ad-hoc legal and business operational tasks.
