Internship Overview
SLB is offering a 6-month Legal Internship at its office, providing law students with hands-on experience in corporate legal functions within the oil & gas and technology sectors. Interns will work on-site five days a week, contributing directly to key legal processes.
Key Responsibilities

Legal Research:

Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry developments

Draft concise legal memos and internal documentation based on findings

Case Management Support:

Help organize, maintain, and track legal files and case records

Prepare case briefs and assist in updating internal reports

Contract Review and Vetting:

Assist in reviewing and vetting of NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments

Identify potential legal risks and ensure contract compliance with SLB policies

Corporate Secretarial Assistance:

Support in preparing board resolutions and statutory records

Assist with corporate governance and regulatory documentation

Qualifications and Requirements

Final-year LLB or LLM student

Available to work in-office, 5 days a week
