About the Internship
ANDRITZ is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic legal intern to join our APAC legal team for Jan, Feb and March. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate legal functions, including legal research, drafting, and compliance. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our business operations.
Eligibility
- Law students currently enrolled in a recognized program.
- Strong interest in corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Prefer students in 4th or final year.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law, disputes and regulatory compliance.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Assist in compliance monitoring and preparation of checklists.
- Support in preparation for negotiations, meetings, and court/arbitration proceedings.
- Organize and maintain legal documentation and records.
- Participate in team discussions and provide insights on legal strategies.
- Assist in preparations of PPTs, strategy notes for the management.
- Perform administrative tasks related to legal operations.
