Legal Internship Opportunity at Cactus Communications (Remote)

This role involves hands-on legal work, including contract management, legal research, and stakeholder communication.

Duration

The internship will span 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage digital records of contracts and legal documents

• Independently handle contract renewal schedules and timely updates

• Conduct legal research on Indian and international laws, and prepare summaries

• Support communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments

• Participate in meetings and assist with transactional processes

• Fulfill any other legal or administrative tasks assigned by the team

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Law

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Stipend

Interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000.

Mode of Internship

Remote (Occasional visits to the Mumbai office may be required for business or team events)
