Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements such as service contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and commercial documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant laws.

Track changes in corporate, labor, and data protection laws to support regulatory compliance and assist with statutory reporting and documentation.

Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters; manage documentation and prepare case briefs, affidavits, and court filings.

Conduct legal research on corporate law, recent regulatory updates, and case law; deliver actionable advice to support business and strategic decisions.

Collaborate with departments including HR, Finance, and Operations to advise on employee policies, internal governance, and legal risk areas.

Assist in legal audits and recommend enhancements to compliance and risk management practices.
