About the Internship

Eligibility

Law student (3rd year onwards for 5-year course / 2nd year onwards for 3-year course).

Strong research and drafting skills.

Good understanding of corporate, commercial, or compliance-related laws.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

Assist in legal research and drafting of agreements, notices, and contracts.
Support the team in compliance, regulatory filings, and documentation.
Review and summarise case laws, circulars, and legal updates.
Help in preparing reports, presentations, and legal opinions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior associates and managers.
