Eligibility
The internship is open to law students currently enrolled in either a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. program. Applicants must be at least in their third year of a 5-year course or second year of a 3-year course. Candidates should possess strong legal research abilities, drafting skills, and fluency in both English and Marathi, as the role requires effective communication in court proceedings and client interaction. The position also calls for dedication, adaptability, and a willingness to travel to various courts and tribunals. Role
As a Legal Intern with Juris Falcons & Triumphus Law Firm, students will gain direct exposure to litigation practices and procedures. The role includes assisting in daily court visits, filing matters, and attending proceedings. Interns will work on drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents while also conducting legal research to support case strategy. Maintaining case files, coordinating with clients when required, and assisting senior advocates in preparing for hearings will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities. The internship provides practical experience in litigation management and legal drafting, offering valuable insights into the profession while building skills essential for future practice.
