Position Overview

Siddharth & Co. is inviting applications for a Litigation Internship from pre-final year and final-year law students. This program is designed for individuals determined to build a serious career in litigation. It is an intensive and demanding learning experience involving real-time court exposure, rather than a routine or certificate-only internship.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pre-final year or final-year law students.

• Students from law colleges located in Indore only.

• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with a serious intent to pursue litigation.

• Must be disciplined, committed, and willing to work without holidays, including Sundays, during the internship period.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation matters.

• Supporting the legal team with research, drafting, and case preparation.

• Providing court assistance before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts.

• Working closely with advocates on live matters under strict professional timelines.

Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Stipend / Perks

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
