Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including agreements related to talent engagement, brand partnerships, and social media campaigns.

Support legal operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Finance to streamline processes.

Ensure legal compliance with relevant regulations such as the IT Act, ASCI guidelines, and other applicable industry norms to protect the interests of the company and its clients.

Conduct detailed legal research and prepare internal notes, compliance documents, and reports as needed.
Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or recently completed an LL.B. degree from a recognized institution (final-year students and graduates are welcome to apply).

Previous internship or part-time experience in a reputed law firm’s IP/TMT practice or an in-house legal team in the media/technology sector will be considered an advantage.

Solid understanding of laws relating to Intellectual Property, Data Protection, IT Act, ASCI Guidelines, and corporate legal frameworks.
