The office is inviting applications for a Legal Internship. This opportunity is designed for dedicated law students who are eager to experience the rigors of a litigation practice. Interns will be integrated into the daily operations of the office, gaining practical insights into the preparation and management of cases heading for trial or appeal.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Law students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program (preferably in their 3rd year or above).

Skills: Strong research capabilities using legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.) and effective legal drafting skills.

Professionalism: Punctuality, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach toward assigned tasks.

Commitment: Ability to dedicate full-time hours to the internship for the specified duration.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Legal Research: Finding relevant precedents and statutes for ongoing civil, criminal, or commercial litigation.

Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of legal notices, applications, petitions, and written submissions.

Court Attendance: Observing proceedings before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various Tribunals to understand courtroom etiquette and advocacy.

Office Support: Assisting in case file management, indexing, and summarizing case briefs for senior counsel.
