Position Overview
The firm is offering an Internship Opportunity for students specifically interested in the practicalities of litigation within the realms of Family and Civil law. This role provides a ground-level view of how personal legal disputes are managed, from initial client counseling to final arguments in court.
Roles and Responsibilities

Legal Research: Researching case laws related to the Hindu Marriage Act, Special Marriage Act, Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), and property laws.

Drafting: Assisting in drafting divorce petitions, maintenance applications, domestic violence complaints, and civil plaints.

Court Assistance: Accompanying seniors to various District Courts (such as Saket, Dwarka, or Patiala House) to observe proceedings and assist in filing.

Client Interaction: Observing client conferences and assisting in the preparation of case briefs and chronologies.
Eligibility

Education: Law students currently in their 2nd year or above (5-year course) or 2nd year and above (3-year course).

Skills: Strong research skills, basic understanding of Indian family laws, and proficiency in Hindi and English.
