Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for a 3-month Legal Internship at its Colaba office. This program is specifically designed for students who are committed to pursuing a career in litigation and intellectual property law. Unlike observational roles, this internship emphasizes active involvement, providing interns with a practical seat at the table in courtroom preparations and substantive IPR workflows.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: * 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year students (pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. program).

1st or 2nd-year students (pursuing a 3-year LL.B. program).

Skills: * Strong legal research and analytical reasoning abilities.

Proficiency in drafting legal pleadings and formal documents.

A serious commitment to learning the nuances of litigation practice.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support: Assisting senior advocates in proceedings before various Courts and Tribunals.

Legal Research & Drafting: Conducting in-depth research on case laws and preparing drafts for legal pleadings and applications.

IPR Operations: Supporting the team with IPR filings, conducting trademark/patent searches, and drafting replies to examination reports.

Court Attendance: Gaining hands-on exposure to courtroom procedures and client briefing sessions.
