Position Overview

The office is offering an Internship Opportunity in a Hybrid capacity. This role is designed to balance rigorous legal research and drafting with the opportunity to attend court proceedings, providing a flexible yet comprehensive learning experience for aspiring litigators.

Roles and Responsibilities

Legal Research: Researching case laws and statutes using SCC Online and Manupatra for active litigation matters.
Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal notices, plaints, written statements, and miscellaneous applications.
Court Attendance: Attending physical or virtual hearings at the Delhi High Court and District Courts (KKD, Patiala House, etc.).
Administrative Support: Assisting in the preparation of case files and summarizing judgments for case strategy.

Eligibility

Education: Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year (5-year course) or 2nd and 3rd year (3-year course).
Skills: Proficiency in legal research, strong command over written English, and basic knowledge of procedural laws.
Attributes: Proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling tasks in a hybrid/remote work setting.
