Position Overview
The firm is offering an Internship Opportunity at its office in New Delhi. This role is designed to provide interns with practical exposure to the daily workings of a litigation practice, focusing on research, drafting, and attending court proceedings to observe advocacy in action.
Roles and Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conducting thorough research on statutes and case laws related to Civil, Criminal, and Family Law.

Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal notices, plaints, written statements, and miscellaneous applications.

Court Attendance: Accompanying senior advocates to the High Court and District Courts for hearings and case filings.

Case Management: Assisting in brief preparation, case summarization, and maintaining case files.
Eligibility

Education: Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year (5-year course) or 2nd and 3rd year (3-year course).

Skills: Proficiency in using legal research databases (SCC Online, Manupatra), strong communication skills, and basic drafting knowledge.
