Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for a Legal Internship for the month of March 2026. This in-office role is designed to provide law students with hands-on exposure to the day-to-day functioning of a specialized IP and litigation firm, moving beyond classroom theory to practical legal strategy.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Law students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program (Preferably in their 3rd year or above for 5-year, and 2nd year or above for 3-year).

Skills: Strong legal research and writing abilities; basic understanding of Intellectual Property and Contract Law.

Attributes: Proactive, professional, and attentive. A genuine interest in IP litigation and commercial drafting is highly valued.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

IP Practice: Assisting in trademark/copyright filings, oppositions, and IP enforcement research.

Drafting: Preparing case summaries, legal memos, and initial drafts of commercial contracts.

Litigation Support: Conducting case law analysis for ongoing commercial and civil disputes.

Operational Insight: Observing client strategy development and the procedural aspects of IP investigations and cyber law.
