About the Job

Saraf and Partners is seeking passionate and

committed candidate to join their Tax Practice to work on M&A tax, transaction tax, cross-border transactions and corporate tax matters involving taxation advisory, litigation for clients across industries:

Collaborate with senior partners and cross-functional teams on strategic tax solutions.
Advise clients on tax structuring for domestic and cross-border transactions.
Handle tax litigation before various forums.
Draft and review legal opinions, submissions, definitive agreements, et al.
Assist with internal and external communique on developments with respect to tax laws, regulatory changes, and judicial precedents impacting businesses.

Eligibility

LL.B and/or CA with 3–6 years of experience in tax practice at a top-tier law firm or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for tax law and a zeal for excellence.
Exceptional drafting, research, and communication skills.
Command and understanding of the subject
