About the Role

KPMG India is currently looking to hire a Counterparty Due Diligence (CDD) Analyst/Executive to join their Noida office. This role involves conducting detailed background checks and risk assessments on counterparties.

Eligibility Criteria

0–3 years of experience in due diligence, KYC, or secondary research
Good understanding of financial databases and strong analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities

Carry out counterparty due diligence, including background checks, litigation history, and adverse media screening
Use research platforms such as Factiva, LexisNexis, Bloomberg, and other open sources for in-depth analysis
Interpret and compile findings into detailed risk reports
