Job Description
Sahara India Pariwar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Liaisoning Officer to join its Legal & Regulatory Department. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between the company and external stakeholders, managing legal documentation, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate legal liaisoning with government departments, regulatory bodies, and other relevant authorities.

Draft, review, and maintain legal documentation to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments to address legal and regulatory issues effectively.

Assist in legal compliance audits and monitor adherence to applicable laws.

Support litigation matters by providing necessary documentation and liaising with legal counsel.

Maintain records of legal cases, contracts, and compliance reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification – Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

Prior experience in legal liaisoning, legal operations, or compliance within the financial services sector is preferred.

Strong understanding of legal compliance, regulatory frameworks, and documentation processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage liaisoning activities.
