About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Manager to lead day-to-day legal functions including contracts, compliance, and risk advisory. The ideal candidate is commercially astute, well-versed in regulatory frameworks, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, tech-enabled business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Negotiation

Draft, vet, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts (MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, etc.)

Collaborate with business and sales teams to close deals efficiently while mitigating legal risk
Legal Advisory & Risk Management
Regulatory Compliance

Keep abreast of changes in laws affecting fintech, telecom, data privacy, and employment

Help interpret regulatory updates and revise internal policies as needed
Policy Development & Documentation

Assist in drafting and maintaining internal legal policies, SOPs, and contract templates

Ensure documentation is version-controlled and accessible
Contract Lifecycle Management

Manage the central contract repository

Oversee renewals, track obligations, and ensure closure
Legal Coordination & Litigation Support

Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, intellectual property, and compliance issues

Support internal audits, investigations, and other legal reviews
Candidate Requirements

Law degree with 5–8 years of experience in corporate legal roles

Prior experience in SaaS, BPO, or tech-driven sectors is preferred

Strong command of Indian contract law, employment law, and IT/DPDP regulations

Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal operations

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
