Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal Manager with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our legal team. The role involves close collaboration with business teams, external counsels, and stakeholders to support FanCode’s expanding legal needs across sports broadcasting and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support for sports broadcast operations, including media rights acquisition, ad sales, and marketing.

Manage legal aspects of the e-commerce platform, covering licensing, merchandising, listing, distribution, and compliance.

Handle IP monitoring, enforcement, and strategy.

Advise on litigation matters and manage risk for day-to-day operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Develop and enhance standard legal agreements and processes.
Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a media company, e-commerce company, or reputed law firm.

Strong knowledge of intellectual property law.

Experience in drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements.

Ability to handle complex legal matters under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills to simplify legal issues for internal teams.
