Eligibility
This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–3 years of legal experience) who:
- Has a strong interest in technology and AI products.
- Enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve real-world problems.
- Can translate legal requirements into actionable product insights.
- Understands legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate on the product team, you will:
- Identify pain points in legal, law enforcement and judicial workflows and translate them into clear, actionable product insights.
- Collaborate with judges, court staff, lawyers and law enforcement officers to gather feedback, co-design solutions, and iterate on features.
- Work with our design and engineering teams to turn legal feedback into meaningful product improvements.
- Ensure all solutions align with legal and regulatory frameworks while meeting real user needs.
- Assist with compliance across domains, including data protection, corporate governance, and labour & employment laws.
