This internship provides the unique opportunity to work during U.S. business hours (EST) and gain hands-on experience in legal staffing and recruitment for top U.S. law firms and legal departments.

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Matching

Source 15+ qualified attorney profiles daily via LinkedIn.

Match candidates accurately to U.S.-based job descriptions, considering specialization, bar admission, and location.

Share sourced profiles with internal teams and maintain a comprehensive candidate tracker.
Outreach & Candidate Engagement

Send 30+ personalized LinkedIn connection requests daily.

Initiate direct outreach to accepted connections with customized messages.

Maintain a 25%+ response rate and follow up with inactive candidates within 48 hours.
Candidate Profile

Law graduate/postgraduate currently residing in India.

Comfortable working during U.S. time zone (night shift).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with LinkedIn search tools and professional outreach techniques.

Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Post-Internship Offer
Top-performing interns may receive a full-time offer with an annual compensation of ₹9 LPA (Base + Bonus + On-Target Incentives).
