Hiring – Legal Senior Associate at Lexstone Group (Law Offices)
Eligibility
- Experience: 5 – 8 years post-qualification in Corporate Law
- LLB from a recognized university; licensed to practice law in India.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law and transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and client-handling abilities.
- Business-oriented legal approach with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate transactions and provide strategic corporate governance advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and transactional documents (Shareholders’ Agreements, SPAs, JV Agreements, Investment Documents, etc.).
- Advise on FEMA matters, FDI/ODI, cross-border transactions, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare advisory reports.
- Represent clients before regulators and provide litigation support if needed.
- Liaise with government bodies, regulators, and counterparties for transaction execution.
- Assist in transaction structuring to mitigate risks and protect client interests.
