Position Overview
The firm is inviting applications for a Long-Term Corporate Internship at its Bengaluru office. This is a structured, six-month program designed to offer an immersive learning experience within the firm’s Corporate Practice. Selected interns will move beyond observational roles to become an integral part of the team, gaining deep insights into live deal flows and professional law firm workflows.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: 4th-year law students (pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. program).

Experience: Prior internship exposure to corporate law practice is preferred.

Skills: Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and drafting abilities.

Commitment: Ability to commit to a 6-month duration, working in-person 5 days a week.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Transactional Support: Assisting the team with live corporate transactions and due diligence processes.

Corporate Advisory: Supporting research and drafting for various regulatory and advisory engagements.

Drafting: Reviewing and preparing commercial agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), employment contracts, and related documentation.

Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on complex corporate and commercial law issues.
Location
Bengaluru (In-office, 5 days a week).
