proactive and committed Legal Intern to support our legal team in managing and filing a civil suit. This role is central to the case’s success and offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in civil litigation. While preference is given to candidates based in Hyderabad for operational ease, exceptional applicants from other states with strong legal skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Draft essential legal documents such as plaints, written statements, affidavits, and applications in alignment with legal strategy.

Conduct detailed legal research using platforms like Manupatra, SCC Online, and Indian Kanoon.

Manage the court filing process, including preparation, documentation, and procedural compliance.

Edit and review legal drafts to ensure legal accuracy and coherence.

Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and provide strategic documentation summaries.

Coordinate court schedules, liaise with stakeholders, and manage legal admin tasks.

Identify and resolve procedural or legal challenges with guidance from the legal team.
Qualifications and Skills

Law graduate or currently pursuing/completed a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program. LL.M. candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates from Hyderabad are preferred, though remote applicants with strong litigation experience will be considered.

Strong grasp of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Prior drafting experience and familiarity with litigation processes.

Excellent legal research and analytical skills.

Clear, professional communication and writing abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous internships in civil litigation or relevant legal drafting.

Familiarity with Telangana court procedures and e-filing (not mandatory).

Understanding of civil suit-related domains such as property law, contract disputes, or torts.
Location
This is a remote internship, with preference for Hyderabad-based applicants.
Duration
Minimum commitment of 6 months is required.
Stipend
A stipend of ₹2,500 per month will be provided.
